Geometries are build up by individual slices. Each slice only interacts with its nearest neighbors. Usually, one Hamiltonian gives the Matrix of a single slice, a Rectangle combines several slices to form a rectangular structure, and a geometry_Iterator points to a given position on a specific slice.
