Detailed Description

Access a Matrix by transposed indices.

transpose_Matrix will translate all access to members of a Matrix in such a way, that the transpose matrix is accessed. This is much more efficient than really transposing and conjugating the Matrix. The transpose_Matrix class gives the conjugate transpose!
